Ticketmaster settlement: Claim your free tickets
You may have already received an email about the Schlesinger v. Ticketmaster settlement, but discounts and ticket codes were just made available June 18.
You must log in to your Ticketmaster.com account to access the codes, according to the settlement.
Five customers filed the lawsuit claiming that Ticketmaster’s order processing fees and UPS expedited delivery prices of tickets are excessive and deceptive. Ticketmaster denies the claims, but agreed to issue millions of dollars in cash, discounts and tickets, CNN Money reported.
Class members should receive at least one ticket code redeemable for two tickets for general admission seating at designated concert events at Live Nation owned or operated venues.
When a Clark.com staff member logged in to his account, he got the following message about technical difficulties, but eventually the vouchers did show up.
To retrieve your ticket codes, start here: http://www.ticketmaster.com/member/vouchers.
