What are the biggest Prime Day deals?

If you’re looking for a new television, you may be in luck. Amazon is expecting one of its largest inventory of TVs exclusively for the big day, according to an Amazon press release.

It will also be a huge day for Ò€œvoice shoppers.Ò€ Those with gadgets equipped with Amazon’s Alexa virtual assistant, such as Echo or Fire TV, will receive access to some unique deals, too.

How can I get ahead of the pack?

Make your search personal. If you download the Amazon app, you can set up an alert called Ò€œWatch this deal.Ò€ This feature will track certain upcoming deals and send out notifications when they go live.

Additionally, keep an eye on Spotlight Deals, which feature top brands at discounted prices until the stock is gone. These bargains have the most inventory.

Then there are Lightning Deals, which only run for a limited time with limited quantities. These launch as often as every five minutes.

You can also subscribe to the weekly Prime newsletter or sign up for Amazon Coupons and Daily Deals for additional insider tips and exclusives.

If you happen to miss a sale, there still may be some hope. Just join the waitlist, and you will be notified if the item becomes available again.

What other special incentives should I look out for?

You can save up to 40% on a Kindle Unlimited membership; enjoy up to 40% off for six months when using Audible, a service for audiobooks; try Amazon Music Unlimited for the first time for $0.99 a month for four months; and earn $10 for Prime Day when streaming a Prime video on your TV for the first time on or before July 7.

What were the best deals from Prime Day 2015 and 2016?

In 2015, the company hosted the event to celebrate its 20th anniversary. The best deals were on Amazon products like Kindles, Fire tablets and Echo products.

In 2016, Prime Day returned, and it expanded its inventory drastically. According to TechRadar, the top deals included Amazon products, which were $30 – $50 off; along with Samsung’s 55-inch TV, which was $598.99 off; and Toshiba’s Chromebook 2, which was $120 off.

How much money does Amazon make from Prime Day?

Last year, Prime Day was the biggest sales day ever for Amazon, the company said. It didn’t provide sales figures, but it said customers placed 60 percent more orders than in 2015, according to a quarterly report. It also revealed that its net sales rose to $32.7 billion in the third quarter that ended in September of 2016. The previous year, it was $25.3 billion.

But Amazon doesn’t make all of the profits from Prime Day. When patrons shop at smile.amazon.com, its sector that supports charities, a percentage of the price on eligible items will go to the organization of your choice.
