Verizon customers can stream NFL games free this season

Verizon mobile customers pay too much for cell phone service. But at least they are offering a nice little perk to their customers that like NFL football. This season, Verizon customers can stream NFL games for free via the NFL mobile app for iPhone or Android.

Certain restrictions do apply although Verizon says that you can stream games from NBC, CBS, FOX, ESPN and the NFL Network. You won’t be able to watch every game via the app, just the local and prime-time games. This is only available to Verizon post-pay customers over LTE. You also won’t get charged for any data while streaming via the NFL Mobile app.
