Where can I buy a foot massager?

Foot massagers are available at a wide variety of retailers ranging from department stores like Macy’s to big-box stores like Walmart and Target.

Another favorite place of ours to buy foot massagers is from the daily deal websites like Meh. For example, Meh was recently selling the Miko Shiatsu foot massager for $64. Amazon had the same product for $139.99 at the time, so you would have saved $75.99 buying at Meh that particular day!

eBay is also a good place to check for foot massagers. Even Best Buy has been occasionally known to offer deep discounts on foot massagers — particularly the HoMedics brand.

What is the best foot massager?

Finding the best foot massager is a highly subjective pursuit. Women’s Health magazine recommends brands including Miko, Renpho, Nektech, Wahl, Snailax, Emer, Vive, Beurer and Beskar.

Meanwhile, our usual go-to source for ratings — Consumer Reports — unfortunately doesn’t do ratings on foot massagers.

As a general rule, you’ll want to understand the kneading and heating capabilities of any given foot massager before purchasing it.

But one word of caution that almost goes without saying: While we typically love buying used to save extra money vs. buying new, foot massagers are one category where you probably won’t want to follow our usual advice!

What kind of prices should I expect to pay for a foot massager?

It’s possible to pay hundreds of dollars on a foot massager. Some of the models Women’s Health recommend top out around $269.99.

• Back in April 2020, Meh was selling the Miko Shiatsu foot massager for $64 (As mentioned earlier, Meh is a daily deal site so this deal is no longer available. But we just want to give you an idea of the great price points you can find!)

Finally, let’s put some context on the pricing of that Naipo foot massager at Amazon. According to Camel Camel Camel, the highest price noted on that same model was $69.99 in mid-December during the Christmas shopping of 2020. Yet that price hit a low of $37.39 in early April 2021.

So this is a seasonally counterintuitive purchase. While you might associate foot massagers with cold weather and wanting to bundle up and seek creature comforts, spring can actually be a surprisingly great time to buy a foot massager!
