Planet Fitness is offering free memberships to teens ages 14-19 at all of its locations this summer! Starting May 15, teens can start working out now and continue through August 31 at no cost. While a parent has to be at sign up for any teen under 18, they can work out alone once the waiver has been signed. There are over 2,200 Planet Fitness locations.

This is a great opportunity for kids to gain physical but also mental health. They will have access to trainers and also 15 workout videos and 10 downloadable workouts.
