Here’s how it works

After you trade in your old device, you’ll receive up to $792 in bill credits, which will be applied over 24 months to reimburse you for the purchase of your new phone.

If you happen to cancel Verizon service before the 24 months are up, your promotional credits will stop.

And although the iPhone 7 is the smartphone that most people may be interested in, this offer gives you the option of several other devices, including Google Pixel.

Here’s a chart from Verizon’s website to explain your options:

Verizon’s unlimited plan doesn’t come cheap. It costs $80 a month when you enroll in auto pay, and that’s before taxes and fees. The plan is $180 a month for four lines.
