Though it’s not necessary to spend a fortune to get a decent smartphone, many service providers are offering buy one, get one free deals, significantly offsetting the cost.

Note that most of these deals give you the money back on the second phone via bill credits, so if you want to be free to change providers, you might want to steer clear of these offers. Here are the best buy one, get one free deals on smartphones right now!

Best buy one, get one free smartphone deals

T-Mobile

T-Mobile is offering a buy one, get one free deal on Samsung Galaxy S8 orΒ Samsung Galaxy Note8 smartphones via a prepaid MasterCard card with finance agreements and new line of service. This is a savings of up to $820! Note that if you cancel wireless service, the remaining balance at full price is due.

Verizon is also offering a buy one, get one deal on Samsung Galaxy S8 smartphones, orΒ buy a 64GB iPhone 8 smartphone and get one free. The promo credit (up to $699.99 for theΒ iPhone, $756 for the Samsung Galaxy), will be applied to the account over 24 months, and promo credit ends when balance paid or the line is terminated or transferred to another plan.
