If you shopped at Harbor Freight Tools over the past several years, you may be eligible to get some of your money back as part of a class action lawsuit settlement.
The lawsuit alleged that the retailer used misleading pricing tactics in its advertisements.

The plaintiff said Harbor Freight advertised merchandise as “on sale†or “compare at†that hadn’t been sold at the regular price for 28 of the preceding 90 days.
Although the retailer denies that it broke the law, it has agreed to a settlement that may entitle shoppers to a rebate.
If a court grants final approval of the preliminary settlement, customers may receive a refund of a percentage of certain purchases made from April 8, 2011 through December 15, 2016.
In order to get some of your money back, you need to submit a claim by August 7, either online or through the mail. Learn more at www.nationalsalepricesettlement.com.
