Did you bag a cruise deal during Black Friday/Cyber Week? If you didn’t and want in on the best deals of the year, it’s time for the cruise industry’s biggest sales period — Wave Season.
Legacy cruise lines offer great savings promotions year-round, but this next round of sales should see even better offers. Watch for 2-for-1 or BOGO deals, kids sail free and bundled perks such as gratuities, internet, dining or drink packages or onboard credits.
If you don’t already consult with a cruise expert, find one in your neighborhood at CLIA, Cruise Lines International Association. That agent is your best source for unpublished deals and will be your support as you plan your cruise. Not only will the Wave Season deals make a cruise affordable, but your agent will be up-to-date on all of the new weekly offers.
Here are the early-bird Wave Season offers (alphabetical order) — but check back as we update the deals:
Azamara Cruises, a luxury cruise line operating smaller ships, is offering up to $1,000 in onboard credits on select 2026 and 2027 cruises and tours during its extended Wave Season booking window, which runs now through March 31. The biggest savings of more than $4,500 are in added value “Always Azamara” perks such as free dining, select spirits, international beers and wines, 24-hour room service, self-service laundry and gratuities (these perks are always included in Azamara cruise fares).
Celestyal Cruises is offering up to 50% off Aegean, Adriatic and Arabian Gulf cruise fares now through February 5. The promo applies to 226 sailing dates through October 2027. Available are food and beverage credits of up to $580 and up to $232 in shore excursion credits.
From now through February 26, Cunard is offering up to $600 in onboard credit per stateroom on select 2026 and 2027 sailings. Guests booking one of Cunard’s Grill Suites will also enjoy an included drinks package and hotel and dining service charges. The line’s “Treat yourself, on us” offer is available on voyages sailing from April 2026 through December 2027 aboard Queen Mary 2, Queen Elizabeth, Queen Victoria and Queen Anne.
Princess Cruises is calling its Wave Season deal the “Come Aboard Sale.” From now through February 16, travelers can save up to 40% off fares and enjoy up to $500 in instant savings (on longer voyages of 17+ days; per double occupancy stateroom). The brand is also offering 50% off deposits on more affordable routes and free third and fourth guests on select sailings. This promo is valid on any of the 17 ships in the Princess fleet (including the brand new Star Princess) with voyages heading to 345 destinations on all seven continents.

Enjoy savings of up to 50% per person on all 2026 and 2027 European river cruise departures during Riviera Travels’ Wave Season deal, which runs through January 31. The promotion also includes $500 airfare credit per person, a free one-night pre- or post-cruise hotel stay and half-price deposits for 2026 departures. The ultra-luxurious Seabourn line calls its Wave Season sale the “Explore More Event.” From now through February 17, travelers can save up to 15% off select 2026, 2027 and 2028 voyages. Other perks include a 15% reduced deposit and up to $1,000 in onboard credits per suite.
Another posh cruise line, Silversea Cruises, is offering up to 40% off bookings on over 800 global voyages during Wave Season. The promotion is available on new bookings made from now through February 28. Savings amounts vary by suite category. The deal also includes reduced deposits starting at 15% for guests booking the all-inclusive plus fare.
