Why I Dig this Deal:

You can fly to Iceland or Europe for less than a domestic flight!
Clara Bosonetto | March 25, 2024

For a limited time, save on fares to Europe with Play Airlines.

PLAY Airlines is offering $98 one-way flights to Iceland and flights starting at $147 to Europe (valid on one-way flights on round-trip bookings).

Sale rates are valid for travel between April and May and September. For example, fly from New York to Paris from $148, Boston to London from $150 or Baltimore to Dublin from $147.

Travelers can (and should) take advantage of PLAY’s stopover feature. Tack on up to 10 days in Iceland at no additional cost. Add this optional stopover on either a departure or return flight, or both.

Flights are available from the airline’s four U.S. destinations:

  • Boston
  • Baltimore/Washington BWI
  • New York Stewart SWF
  • and Washington Dulles IAD

SeatMaps.com will show you specific seating charts with details on legroom, pitch, and more.

Be sure to learn more about extra charges pre-flight and while on board a PLAY flight. PLAY doesn’t offer any onboard Wi-Fi, no seatback or device entertainment, and no free beverages or food. Flight attendants pass through the cabin with the buy-on-board cart. Remember that flight options are always the cheapest when included in your selected fare.

To book a PLAY flight you must sign up for a MyPLAY account.

To maximize the chances to view the northern lights, visit Iceland in winter, or from September to April. The peak months of winter bring long dark nights and plenty of snow to play in during the daylight hours while you wait for darkness to fall. See more about the aurora and how to plan your visit at Visit Iceland.
