Now through June 30, 2020, receive 60% more points when you buy up to 100,000 points through the promotion’s Buy Points or Gift Points page. That’s twice the usual annual limit. Plus, bonus points earned with this promotion do not count toward your annual Bonvoy member limit.
Points may be purchased in increments of 1,000, with a minimum purchase of 2,000 points required (that’s $12.50 per 1,000 points). Here are a few examples:
- 10,000 points + 6,000 Bonus points for $125
- 15,000 + 9,000 Bonus points for $187.50
- 40,000 + 24,000 Bonus points for $500
The number of required points for a free night varies widely from 5,000 per night to 70,000 for a luxury stay (Off Peak).

For guests with existing reservations for any future arrival date, including reservations with pre-paid rates that are typically more restrictive, full changes or cancellations are permitted without a charge up to 24 hours prior to arrival, as long as the change or cancellation is made by June 30. For guests making new reservations for any future arrival date, including reservations with pre-paid rates, between today and June 30, the reservation may be changed or canceled at no charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival date.
