Norse Atlantic Airways has launched its nonstop flight service from Miami to Paris CDG. And you can also fly with Norse from Miami to London Gatwick on the cheap. This may be ideal for travelers wanting to explore both dynamic cities (fly into one and out of another).

The service will be aboard a Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft with a 3-3-3 seat configuration in the economy cabin (17″ width) and a premium cabin with 35% more legroom with a seat pitch of about 43″ and recline of 12″.

In all cabins, Norse offers two meal services on all transatlantic services. Depending on your fare type, the meals may be included in the ticket price. Or you can purchase meals in advance when booking your ticket or onboard (sandwiches, snacks, beverages).

You can choose between the Light, Classic and Flextra airfares in both Economy and Premium cabins:

  • Light provides no additional services
  • Classic allows two baggage allowances
  • Flextra fares are inclusive of the maximum bag allowance, ticket flexibility and enhanced onboard experience

One-way Economy fares from Miami to Paris average $159-$198 on January 14-February 18 departures. Return one-way fares average $230-$250.

Economy rates to London Gatwick from MIA are $176-$206 for January 11-April 30 departures and $206 each way on September 4-October 9 departures. Return flights to MIA range from $300-$320 from January 9-April 30 and about $30 more for August 23-October 9.

Important: One-way flights to and or from the U.S. will require proof of return travel at the airport. It’s complicated (airlines have to make sure that you will not overstay in the destination country) but if you don’t book your international travel without an onward or return ticket you may be denied boarding to your destination. Trip over. But, how can you get a return or onward airline ticket (not ship, train or otherwise) if you are not sure where you will be heading next? Here are a few ways to get proof of onward travel without much hassle.
