Homeowner’s Collection Vacation Rentals, Seaside’s largest vacation rental company, announced its latest savings event. Guests who stay three or more nights will save 20% on select vacation cottages for stays between August 13 and November 8.
Seaside is an idyllic waterfront community in the Northwest Florida Panhandle. The picture-perfect town is ideal for a relaxing and laid-back getaway. Renters will enjoy concierge services and a complimentary welcome tote with wine and two towels.
This year, the beach community is offering 20% off fall stays when booked by July 14, 2024. This is for stays booked between August 4, 2024 and November 7, 2024.
Homeowner’s Collection has a wide portfolio of private cottages, ranging from cozy pet-friendly one-bedroom cottages like Way Back (1 King and pet-friendly up to 20lbs), to spacious four-bedroom residences, such as the luxury Empty Pockets cottage (King, King, Queen, Bunk room that sleeps 5).
With the fall promotion, a two-bedroom cottage (2 Kings) such as Gimme Shelter is available at rates from $544 per night for an October weekend stay. A three-bedroom cottage (King, Queen, 2 Twins, Queen sleeper sofa) such as Almost Heaven is available from $641 per night for the same weekend. Taxes, fees are extra.
The Fall season is a great time to visit Seaside’s white-sand beaches, with stunning sunsets, cooler weather and fewer crowds. The season features special events including Labor Day weekend concerts, Friday Night Movies under the stars on the Seaside Amphitheater Lawn, and a Saturday Farmer’s Market.
Besides offering the most homes to choose from (more than 175 vacation rentals), Homeowner’s Collection is one of the only vacation rental providers in the community that offers guests the option of next-day check-in for their trips, making spontaneous visits to enchanting Seaside possible.
