(Editor’s note: We’re sorry but these deals are no longer available! However, you may find discounted ski lift tickets from Liftopia.com.)
Depending on where you live, you and your family can save big on one of the most expensive components of a ski trip! Costco is offering discounted ski lift tickets at popular resorts from coast-to-coast.
The deals are available both in-store and online. It expected that Costco could roll out deals to other resort locations in the coming weeks.
In northeast locations, Costco sells lift tickets to both Killington Ski Resort in Vermont and Nashoba Valley Ski Area in Massachusetts. The Killington lift ticket discount is a 3-pack for just $259.99, or $86.33 per day (vs $130). They are unrestricted tickets and can be used on peak holiday ski days. The Nashoba Valley deal is a $100 gift card for $74.99, or a 25% discount to apply to many lift ticket options.
Another way to stretch the ski vacation budget is to purchase lift tickets from Liftopia.com. The concept is simple: Buy as early out as possible for the best value – although the site does offer deals for last-minute purchases. Keep in mind that lift tickets purchased at Liftopia are non-refundable and non-changeable, but date specific. Liftopia also offers packages including ski gear, lessons, and lodging.
If you’re not a Costco member, Costco is offering a deal right now that includes a Costco Cash Card. For more on stress-free travel, check out Clark’s travel booking and planning guide.
