Get ready for a road trip!

SIXT, the car rental company with over 2,000 locations in over 105 countries, is running a special deal on their premium fleet of SUV rentals. The fleet may include standard options like the Jeep Grand Cherokee to larger vehicles like the Chevy Suburban to luxury picks like the Mercedes Benz GLA.

You’ll save up to 45% on rentals of 3-27 days starting January 3 through March 30 (latest return date is April 2). To qualify for the maximum discount, book at least 25 days in advance.

You’ll find this SUV special to be offered at most airport/city locations such as Atlanta, Denver, Seattle, Los Angeles and more. Per day rates average $24 for the standard SUV to $35 a day for luxury models.

The daily rates you’ll see at this special booking link will already include the discount. Taxes, fees, surcharges and extras are not included in this offer (such as baby seat, GPS etc.).

However, we should note there are two downsides to this offer.

First, this offer is valid on prepaid reservations and second, the prepaid rentals are subject to cancellation and rebooking fees. If you must change or cancel a reservation, fees of up to 3 days of the daily rental price may apply. You can opt to do a ‘Pay Later’ plan which allows for anytime changes, but daily rates will be higher (from $36).

Book your SIXT SUV deal through December 25.

(Editor’s note: The travel industry is currently under great stress, and the money you pay now may be lost if companies go out of business. See more here.)
